Thank you for filling out our septic services form. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours. Until then we have some helpful tips in case you have experienced an emergency.
- You have time
Your septic system typically begins to alarm at the first sign of a problem. If the alarm just started – do not worry, you have time to coordinate a service call. - Be mindful of water usage
Once your septic alarm has sounded it is important to be mindful of your water usage. You can continue to use the toilets and showers per usual, but avoid draining jacuzzi tubs or running multiple loads of laundry back-to-back. - Silence the alarm
The alarm to your septic system can be loud and annoying. Once the alarm goes off, feel free to silence the system at the septic control panel. If you are unsure of how to shut the system off at the septic control panel, simply turn off the breaker to the septic system at the main electrical panel. - Back-Up concerns
If you are concerned about a potential septic back-up inside of your home, we recommend you contact a septic pumper. Visit your county health department’s website to see a list of certified pumpers in your area.
